All our
standard PCs come with: 1.
FIVE year warranty cover on labour, the first twelve months also
includes cover on parts (some machines may have longer hardware
warranty periods) 2.
Unlimited lifetime free upgrades where you pay only for the part
and the labour is free of charge. 3.
Unlimited free online support via this website and other websites
in our group of companies. We
offer a wide range of warranty upgrades, but you will never be
hard sold these. Please request information on warranty upgrades
if you require a higher level of protection.
The
PC industry has developed a reputation for poor support and
dismal after sales service. Many companies provide support on
premium rate lines, make you hold for hours, and in many cases not
even answer the phones! When you do get through it's very rarely
to someone capable of solving your problem. Poweroid
and the Best Price Computers group provide a refreshing change to
after sales. We are committed to providing a distinctly
superior service. Our standard national rate numbers are open even
when most others are shut. The expert engineers who build the
review PCs that win us so many awards are the same ones who answer
support calls. We also have 24 hour support via links to
driver downloads, most common support questions, anti-virus
protection, PC crashing etc. In
addition to our "out of hours" phone support, our 24/7
on-line support is open 365 days a year. First
appearances are not what they seem. Think an On-site is
always better than a Return to Base warranty? That a 2 year
warranty is always better than a 1 year warranty? Not necessarily!
