By Phone:   You may find that the quickest and most convenient way is just to phone us on 0870 22 00 444. Please have details of your credit/debit card handy if you wish to pay by card. (Should you wish to pay by some other means please see Forms of Payment below). For all card payments we ship only to the address that the card is registered to. It needs to be a UK credit or debit card registered to a UK address. 

By Ordering Online:   We now have an online ordering system in place for most models. Simply click on the "Configure & Order" link on each product page. The steps are outlined in our pop-up Guide linked on every order page.

By E-mail: At the moment we do not have a secure email payment system in place. We will be happy to accept an order via the net (email), but payment for the same will have to be via more conventional means.

 

   Forms of payment

Cards: We accept all major UK credit cards including Visa, Mastercard and Access. We do have a handling charge on credit cards. We also accept most debit cards including Visa Delta, Connect, Switch and Solo. Electron cards cannot be used for mail order transactions. We do not accept charge cards like American Express and Diner's Club.

When paying by a debit or credit card the delivery will be only to the UK  address that the card is registered to.

Payments with Visa and Mastercard are subject to a 3% surcharge. Paying by card is a safe and reliable way of paying for your goods.

Cheques: We accept cheques subject to clearing. To speed things up we also have a transax facility to get cheques cleared over the phone (please ask for details). There is a surcharge of 3% for the transax facility. There is no charge if you are willing to wait till your cheque clears before we despatch your computer.

Bankers Drafts: Banker's Drafts/Banker's Cheques are treated the same as personal cheques above, including on the clearing time required.

Payments direct to our bank account: We accept cheque, BAKS and CHAPS (electronic transfers) direct into our bank account. Despatching of goods will be subject to the deposit clearing. Please call us for order reference number PRIOR TO making any payments into our account.

Cash: We sometimes accept cash at our premises (by appointment), or paid directly into our bank account. Please call for account details if you wish to make a bank transfer. Even if you have our account details please call for your order reference number BEFORE making any transfers. We do prefer the other payment methods listed above.

Installments: We do not offer installment schemes or finance options at the moment. However, if you are a business customer we can arrange leasing on orders over a certain value and subject to status.
